My daughter Grace has been begging me to let her ride the school bus for about 2 years now. I finally gave in. Now I don't know if I'm just an overprotective mom, but the idea of putting my little 5-year-old onto a school bus was a HUGE hurdle for me to get over. She's only 5...that's little...she doesn't think so, but I still do.
So, I made the arrangements and got her on the bus schedule. You better believe that I was at that bus when it picked her up in the morning and dropped her off at the end of the day.
