If you know me well, then you know that I have had a love affair with dark chocolate from a very young age. We're talking a habit of sneaking to eat the baking chocolate bricks...the unsweetened ones...when I was about 6 years old. There are very few things that I love more than dark chocolate...GOOD dark chocolate.
