Every year I tell myself not to make any resolutions because they tend to be forgotten or simply thrown out the window at some point in the year. This year I am taking note of the things that I would love to accomplish in 2013...and I intend to hit the mark for each one!
Personally I will be attempting to hit the goals of:
- Losing weight. But more importantly becoming healthier by returning to my former habits prior to marriage and kiddles.
- Reducing my stress levels. Not everything is an emergency to be dealt with and not everything is as big a deal as I let it be.
- Volunteering at my kiddles' school & our church. There is nothing like the feeling that you get when you know you're doing a good thing for nothing in return. That "nothing" ends up being a blessing.
- Spend more quality time with my kiddles doing miscellaneous projects and games. We already cut out our TV viewing and that alone has made a huge difference.
- Road trips! We used to take road trips and are in great need of taking them again. There is just something about heading out on the road...you never know what you're adventure is going to include. (I personally like to have positive inclusions)
- Get myself organized. We have a small apartment with far too many things...things that I need to weed out or put back into storage. (I'd like to weed most of it out)
- Turn this blog into a money making machine!!! I love sharing things, but let's face it, in this economy we're all looking for ways to bring in more cash to cover our obligations.
